TURBINES

Turbines of our shot blasting machines are  totally designed by Dhm  and Wheel diameters has  300,400 and 500 mm in diameter option. Depending on the required surface quality , speed , material and technical requirement  turbine efficient turbine diameter is determined. Spare parts of our turbines are made of special alloy cast iron or tool steel maintenance and spare parts replacement is very simplified.

SHOT BLAST CABINET

Main body of roller conveyor shot blasting cabinet is totally made of steel construction and blasting area is covered with manganese steel plates which make it sturdy and heavy duty.

SEPERATOR

Seperator unit is used to seperate unwanted pieces and dust from steel shot  to re use in shot blasting process.

Seperator sistemi kumlama makinesi içerisindeki  granülün , toz, metal artıkları ve buna benzer yabancı maddelerin çelik granülden arındırılacak tekrar sisteme kazandırmasını sağlayan ünitedi. There are two type of seperator option , one of them is air wash system and the other one is magnetic seperator.

DUST HOLDER UNIT

Dust holder units of our shot blasting machines is compatible with World standards  and is manufactured in two types as cartridge and bag ,  depending on its usage area. Filtration system of shot blasting machines are directly related with lifespan of machines. The more filteration unit functions effectively , the less your machine will be subjected to wear as it also helps seperator to seperate the dust from system.

AUTOMATIC PAINTING UNIT (SHOPPRIMER )

Drying unit , preheating unit and automatic painting unit can easily be installed to inner conveyor and outer conveyor system of our roller conveyor shot blasting machine
